Micromax Announces Its ‘Service Awareness Week’ to Inform Customers About After-Sales Support

Micromax has announced its very first Service Awareness Week for its entire portfolio of products including the recently launched Micromax In smartphones. The aim for this new campaign from Micromax is to inform people about the after-sale support offered by the brand. This includes areas like added focus on service centres across India, multi-linguistic support, express service promise, Protection Plans, and customer satisfaction score.

Apart from the recently launched In mobiles, Micromax’s entire portfolio includes the range of Smart TVs, Washing machines, and Air Conditioners. The Service Awareness Week will focus on the after-sales service initiatives taken by the brand across its product offerings. Micromax claims to offer service at more than 22,000 pin codes across India. It provides call support in 6 languages- Hindi, English, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. The brand says that it has covered all the state capitals and metros with an express service promise of 60 minutes for IN Mobiles.

In addition to this, Micromax is also offering 3 unique Protection Plans for its Micromax In users. These include Extended Warranty, Screen Damage and Accidental, Physical and Liquid Damage. As part of the various plans, consumers can avail an extended warranty on their Micromax In smartphones for up to 6 month since purchase, with unlimited repair up to the sum assured, and also replace their screen at no cost. Consumers can also claim accidental physical and liquid damage twice up to the sum assured. Micromax also claims that it has the best prices in the category.
